Exercises to do at Home During the Quarantine for the Coronavirus

 

The Coronavirus pandemic may be keeping you away from the gym, but it doesn’t have to keep you from your workout. The World Health Organization is recommending 2 ½ hours of physical activity per week, for your physical and mental health.

 

The good news is that there are plenty of exercises you can do at home without any fancy equipment. 

It doesn’t take much to stay active at home during a pandemic, and many companies are out there waiting to help you with free classes and tutorials. It has never been easier to work out from home - the only obstacle may be staying motivated.
