It’s all about communication

Avoid criticising your partner too harshly. Listen to them and discover their fears. These may range from fear of illness to fear of financial collapse. Talking out our fears lessens the anxiety. 

 

 

A daily meeting to discuss the plans for the day and success of the prior is also a great way to ensure that you stay in control and help one another through the lockdown. 

No doubt, lockdown can put pressure on your relationship, but with some consideration, planning and a lot of adult discussion, your relationship could come out of the lockdown stronger.
